Brunei

According to the facts of Population over Area, yes I know Brunei is Underpopulated. I’m not addressing to anyone. I’m just having my say and it applies to everyone that has concern. Let me state you what I’m trying to tell. There are three things I want to talk about. The People, The Workers, and the Money Flow in Brunei.

Firstly, the Workers in Brunei. I can’t seem to understand why there are not many locals working in most company in Brunei. I know most Bruneians are not as hardworking and talented like other countries that we have to bring the non-local into Brunei to work. I have a thinking, why not bring the best experienced non-local to Brunei and make them train the locals to work. Spent the money they spent on bringing the non-locals to work in Brunei to train the locals to work. Don’t they know that there are many locals who don’t have work? Brunei must have a strong strategy to think about. Why can’t the workers in Brunei think some ways to develop the country. Think a way to improve what’s wrong. I don’t see any improvements going from the day my father was still alive until the day I see my friends and some family members doesn’t have any job just because they have a low qualification. Maybe, someone have to develop a way to see how long an individual has been jobless and try to give a chance for them. You may say that it is a loss if they tend to quit during the training. What’s the point of having a contract. Work it out. Don’t try to find a denial answers. Try to work it out. If you didn’t think and give a lot of effort, what have you people been doing these days? I understand companies and firm urgently need experienced people. Make it balanced then, get a worker that is local and experienced. Get a non-experienced local and let the experienced worker to train them. Once the non-experienced local became experienced, they can train the next non-experienced local. Bruneian workers would always give an excuse to deny to what they’ve done. Why don’t they just accept it, keep it to your heart and make a change. I went to different restaurants and coffee shops, every day in different towns, during lunch or after work hours. What I observe is that most of them always complain. That is all what they do, complain. They got no motivation to work. It’s their job to survive, if they don’t want to work there just find an easier job and survive with that money just to eat and take care of families. Look at your budget, you make a plan for it, if you don’t have balanced budget then stop spending. Stop complaining about your colleagues, your boss, your money problems, just stop complaining.

Now the people, most people in Brunei doesn’t have the will to find their own earnings. When some of the Bruneians did try to find some earnings for them, the other Bruneians tend to bring them down by irrelevant gossips. Example like my friend, Adam Groves who was currently trying to be dropped by the locals. A musician named himself as DJ Qwamii, was not supported much in Brunei but is supported by other countries. Along with some other Local Musicians and some friends who started their own business and now they’re closed and shut just because of gossip. Also some photographers were dropped down, I my self as a computer techician and a photographer was dropped down by gossips too. The Bruneians loves gossip, it’s just wasting time. Take WYWY as an example, people tried to bring them down without any proof that what they said is true. Well, there are different kinds of truth I can say. Your Truth, My Truth, and THE REAL TRUTH. Let Allah be the Judge. The people in Brunei just love to complain. When they don’t have money, they tend to borrow money. The people in Brunei just want easy money. Why don’t they want to work as the grass cutters, or replace the non-local truck drivers. Think people. Think about Brunei. We have to be one. We have to stop the complains and hate.

The Money in Brunei. It is not well managed. People are buying new cars every year. While there are secondhand cars available. What is the point to buy new cars while most of the locals have no knowledge on the maintenance of the car. We could repair the secondhand car, make them new and drive. We are just like giving money to the other countries. Bruneians tend to spent money in neighboring countries which they think is cheaper than what they have in Brunei. Be supportive dear Bruneians, support the local products. For example the poultery and meats in Brunei. Though it’s pricy, we have to support them. The workers in Brunei who works on controlling the flow of currency in Brunei, think of this. Your advertisement is not good enough. You people may say to me that you tried very hard. I say, no you are not trying hard enough. You know it. You will deny what I say, it’s just so typical for most Bruneians. I myself is a tobacco smoker, I buy Perilly’s Menthol everyday. It’s my right to smoke, it’s my right if I wanted to die. I actually am wanting to die early. People who buys cigarettes that are from neighboring countries, they don’t support what Brunei have. Then, vacation why don’t people think of having a vacation in Temburong or the Empire Hotel itself? I personally find it fun and adventurous. It is about spending time with family.

To end what I’m trying to say. I just want to tell you that it’s your right to do what you want. It’s your money to buy what you want. It’s your choice on everything you do. You have your own say. You have a choice. You are the one who make the future. We are the one who make the future. We made our choices. Think about it. What are your choices? Not to support Brunei?
